Food Forests Ireland are thrilled to be working with InishTurk islanders as a first stage in the Infrastructure Enabled Edible LAndscape (IEEL) which is rolling out along Clew Bay! As with all the best projects we'll be working in collaboration, this time with Trees On The Land as well as a pilot scheme exploring InishTurk as a sanctuary for the native Irish honey bee. All of us, working gently with the land, respecting what already thrives on this beautiful island...
