ELP in Dundalk:

Another full house for ELP's Food Forest Workshop led by ELP's Programme Director Caithriona McCarthy which took place on July 12th in the beautiful Dundalk Inclusive Garden at Creative Spark in Dundalk. Despite the heat, interest in ELP's Food Forests and our corresponding education programmes was keen, with several attendees planning to intoduce ELP programmes into their own local schools and communities in Autumn 2025.
