Lesley Emerson has over 25 years experience in public relations and marketing, specialising in food and tourism. She runs PR West in Westport, Co. Mayo working with national and local clients on both strategy and implementation.

With a BA (Hons.) in Accounting and Finance, Siobhan is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).

As CEO of Lafferty Group, Caroline leads a global team providing world-class retail banking training for senior executives. She holds a Master’s in Economics and an MBA in Finance, with extensive New York banking and strategy experience.
