The Story of Food Video Series

Today, in Ireland, over 80% of the fresh fruit and vegetables we eat are imported from overseas. 

Given that our planet is under pressure and populations are rising, and that climate, geopolitical issues and biodiversity losses impact our food security, it is hard to believe that we have allowed ourselves to be in such a vulnerable position in relation to our food, in Ireland.
