IEEL@InishTurk. Inishturk Island took their first steps towards building food system resilience as part of Food Forests Ireland's Infrastructure Enabled Edible Landscape (IEEL) series. We spent a beautiful day on the island, workshop participants decided on a suitable site for their food forest, drawing up some sketches and deciding on the edible trees and shrubs they'd like to plant.
